DEBI LABISH being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is the
OFFICE MANAGER of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspa-

The City is seeking a consultant to assist
with materials testing services: for the Mis-
sion Ave Bridge Deck Repair Project. The
project consists of thin polymer overlay,
deck repair, joint repair and ADA sidewalk
repairs.
