or via Zoom as described below. Public comments will only be accepted for those items noted on the agenda
as "public comment opportunity." If wishing to make a comment via Zoom,comments must be received by
4:00 pm the day of the meeting. Otherwise, comments will be taken in-person at the meeting in Council
