PUBLIC HEARING
JENNETT MEYER being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is
the BOOKKEEPER of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper.
That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more
than six months prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published
in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane County,
Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office
maintained at the aforesaid place of publication of said newspaper, which said
newspaper had been approved as a legal newspaper by order of the Superior
Court of the State of Washington in and for Spokane County. That the following
is a true copy of a Legal Notice as it was published in regular issues commenc-

Hearing Process and Appeals: The Hearing
Examiner will conduct the hearing pursuant
to the rules of procedure adopted in SVMC
Title 18 (Boards and Authorities). All in-
terested persons may testify at the public
hearing and may submit written comments
and documents before or at the hearing.
Any appeal of the Hearing Examiner's deci-
sion wit be based on the record established
before the Hearing Examiner, pursuant to
SVMC 17.90 (Appeals). All hearings will be
conducted in facilities that are accessible to
persons with physical disabilities.
Environmental Determination: A Mitigated
Determination of Non -Significance (MDNS)
was issued pursuant to WAC 197-340(2)
on August 26, 2022, with an appeal period
ending on September 9, 2022.
Staff Report and Inspection of File: A staff
report will be available for inspection seven
(7) calendar days before the hearing. The
staff report and application file may be in-
spected at the City of Spokane Valley Permit
Center, located at the City of Spokane Valley,
City: Hall, 10210 E Sprague Ave, Spokane
Valley, WA, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm,
Monday -Friday, excluding holidays. Copies
of documents will be made available at a
reasonable cost.
General public comment will be received
on the subdivision application. The public
is encouraged to submit written comments

Comments received will be entered Into the
record at the time of the public participation
portion of the Public Hearing. If you would
like to deliver comments to City Hall you
may contact City Hall at (509) 720-5000 for
hours of operation to deliver comments the
day before the scheduled public hearing.
Comments received through US Mall will
be included only if they are received prior
to the hearing.
