The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.22-014 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 30th day of August,2022:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION OF APPROXIMATELY 7,400 SQUARE FEET OF
UNOPENED ALLEYWAY CONNECTING MISSION AVENUE TO PARK ROAD,AND PROVIDING
FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 makes certain Findings of Fact; Section 2 notes property to be vacated; Section 3 addresses
division of property to be vacated; Section 4 designates the zoning for the vacated property; Section 5 sets
out the conditions of vacation; Section 6 discusses closing to complete the transfer; Section 7 addresses
