The project will add a right -turn lane from SB Pines to Mission, add dual left -turn lanes from EB Mission to Pines and change thru/left on WB Mission to a' dedicated left -turn lane. Stormwater improvements will be provided that include new bio retention swales, removal/replace- ment of failed drywells in the same location and new catch basins and connecting pipes will be added.
