For good and valuable consideration,the legal sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,City and A I
Tree Service mutually agree as follows:
1. Purpose: This Amendment is for the Contract for additional tree removal work in public right of ways
by and between the Parties, executed by the Parties on February 17, 2022, and which terminates on
December 31, 2022. Said contract is referred to as the "Original Contract" and its terms are hereby
incorporated by reference.
2.Original Contract Provisions:The Parties agree to continue to abide by those terms and conditions of the
Original Contract and any amendments thereto which are not specifically modified by this Amendment.
3. Amendment Provisions: This Amendment is subject to the following amended provisions, which are
either as follows,or attached hereto as Appendix"A". All such amended provisions are hereby incorporated
by reference herein and shall control over any conflicting provisions of the Original Contract, including
any previous amendments thereto.
The amount authorized to be expended for 2022 is only increased by an additional $12.000.00 to provide
for additional tree removal at the following locations.
State Route 27—Removal of 10 Large Pine Trees
1501 S Bettman Road—Removal of 8 Pine Trees
5118 E Granite Point Drive—Removal of 2 Spruce and 1 Red Fir
4.Compensation Amendment History:This is Amendment#1 of the Original Contract.
