JENNETT MEYER being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is
the BOOKKEEPER of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper.
That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more
than six months prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published

Proposal Description: A` Shoreline Sub-
stantial Development Permit to construct
basalt steps to the shoreline and minor
landscape improvements within the 75-foot
buffer area. Native shrubs and forbs will be
planted within the 75-foot buffer area to en-
hance the site and to mitigate temporary and
permanent impacts of construction. There is
an existing single-family residence on -site.
Proposal Location: Parcel No.45043.1506
addressed as 11001 E Coyote Rock Lane.
The site is generally located along the south
side of the Spokane River further located in
the NW Ya of the SW 3/e of Section 4, Town-
ship 25 North, Range 44 East Willamette
Meridian, Spokane County Washington.

of the completed environmental checklist,
the application, Spokane Valley Municipal
Code (SVMC) Title 19, 21 and 22, site as-'
sessment, and comments from the public
and affected agencies. This information is
available to the public on request.
Determination: This DNS is'issued under
WAC i197-11-340(2); the lead agency will
not act on this proposal for Tad ages
from the
date issued. Comments must be received
by 5:00 p.m. bn November 18, 2022.

Appeal: An appeal of this determination
shall be submitted to the Community&Pub-
lic Works Department within fourteen (14)
calendar days after the date issued. The
appeal must be written and specific factual
objections made to the City's threshold
determination. Appeals shall be conducted
in conformance with SVMC 17♦90 Appeals,
and any required fees pursuant to the City's
adopted Fee Schedule shall be paid at the
tempted
appeal submittal. Pursuant to WAC
197-11-680, appeals shall be limited to a
review of a final threshold determination.'
