JENNETT MEYER being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is
the BOOKKEEPER of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper.
That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more
than six months prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published
in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane County,
Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office
maintained at the aforesaid place of publication of said newspaper, which said
newspaper had been approved as a legal newspaper by order of the Superior
Court of the State of Washington in and for Spokane County. That the following
is a true copy of a Legal Notice as it was published in regular issues commenc-
ing on the 21 st day of October, 2022, and ending on the 4th day of November,
2022, all dates inclusive, and that such newspaper was regularly distributed to

Valley City Council will conduct a public'
hearing to receive citizen input on a potential
project to be included in an application for
Community Develo.ment Block Grant fund-
ing. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday,
Novemberl8th, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon
thereafter as can be heard. The hearing will?
take place in Spokane Valley City Hall Coun-
cll Chambers, 10210E Sprague Avenue,
Spokane Valley, Washington. Members'
of the public may attend Spokane Valley
Council meetings in -person at City Hall at
the address provided above, or via Zoom
at the link which will be provided on that
agenda. Those wishing to make oral or writ-
ten comments via Zoom will be directed to
a link on the November 8th agenda. Please
note that requests via Zoom to provide
oral or written public comments must be
received by 4.00 p.m. the day of the meet
