The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.22-024 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 22n`r day of November,2022:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING CHAPTER 3.30 OF THE SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE THE
AUTHORIZED AMOUNT AVAILABLE IN THE GENERAL FUND PETTY CASH ACCOUNT, AND
OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 amends the amount of general fund petty cash that the city manager is authorized to establish,to
an amount not to exceed $2,000. Section 3 states that all other provisions of chapter 3.30 SVMC not
specifically referenced shall remain in full force and effect. Section 4 speaks to severability, and Section 5
