and in consideration of the sum of SIX HUNDRED AND 00/100 ($600.00) Dollars, hereby
conveys and warrants to the CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, a Washington municipal
corporation, Grantee, the following described real property situated in Spokane County, in
the State of Washington, under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of
Eminent Domain:

Also, the undersigned hereby requests the Assessor and Treasurer of said County to
