The Notices of Intent are complete to the best of our knowledge, but we anticipate you will advise us if they are not, as well as what additional materials would be required prior to the Boundary Review Board being able to conduct its review process. As we have discussed with you previously, Spokane Valley is working in conjunction with the two Districts, and the Notices of Intent are to be considered joint requests from Spokane Valley, Fire District One and Fire District 8. Additionally, the City of Spokane Valley hereby invokes jurisdiction pursuant to RCW 36.93.100(2), and requests that the Boundary Review Board review and approve the action proposed in the Notices of Intent. We appreciate your ability and desire to work with us in our attempt to get these matters placed on the September ballot. We look forward to working together on this process in the most time-efficient manner possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of us.
