The City exeimtcd an Agteetaela for ptuvision of City Council Meeting Production on
November 23.2021 by and betty cent the City of Spokane Valley.hereinafter'Cu*".and
Twisted Pair.LLC.hereinafter ^Cunua:tor"and jointly referred to as"Parties."
The original Agtecns rat states that it was fot one year.with three optional two-year terms
possible if the parties mutually agree to exercise the options each year. This is the first of
duce possible option terries that can be exercised and runs through December 31.2024.
The City would like to exercise the optional extension of the Agreement. The
Conipertsatiun as negotiated increases front S2.00 minute to 52_251minute for 2023 and
S2.50'minute for 2024.AII of the other contract provisions contained in the original
Agreement shall remain in place and remain unchanged in exercising this option.
