of Exemption Permit to remove an existing
concrete bulkhead and steps and replace
with a boulder retaining wall and steps
waterward of the ordinary highwater mark.
Native vegetation will be planted along both
sides of the wall to enhance the site and
mitigate temporary and permanent impacts
of construction. All work will occur within
the 50-foot buffer area. There is an existing
single-family residence on -site.

shall be' submitted to the' Community &
Public Works Department within fourteen
(14) calendar days after the date is-
sued. The appeal must be written and
specific factual objections made to the

SVMC 17.90 Appeals, and any required
fees pursuant to the City's adopted Fee
Schedule shall be paid at the time of appeal
submittal. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-680,
appeals shall be limited to a review of a
final threshold determination.
