Proposals for results -oriented projects that create sustainable solutions to prevent homelessness, permanently housing those that are experiencing housing insecurity, and provide long-term affordable housing units are encouraged. The full "ARPA Affordable Housing and Homeless Services Request for Proposals" outlines the priorities and eligibility for funding. The RFP and any addenda, or modifications thereto may be obtained on the City's website at www.SpokaneVaIIey.org/grantfun ding or by contacting Sarah Farr at sfarr@spokanevalley.org or 509-720-5041. Applicants must register from the website to submit proposals through the City's ARPA Portal. Proposals must be received no later than 4 p.m. February 10, 2023, and will be evaluated by City Council in March. Incomplete or late proposals will not be accepted.
