The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.23-004 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 31'day of January,2023:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING CHAPTER 22.150 SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO STORM WATER
MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS,AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 explains that the purpose of this Ordinance is to amend chapter 22.150 Spokane Valley Municipal
Code, Storrnwater Management Regulations, to update regulatory text as required by the Department of
Ecology. Section 2 sets out specific Findings and Conclusions. Section 3 makes certain amendments to
chapter 22.150 SVMC as noted. Section 4 notes that all other provisions of chapter 22.150 SVMC not
specifically referenced hereto shall remain in full force and effect. Section 5 speaks to severability, and
Section 6 provides an effective date. The full text of Ordinance 23-004 is available at the City of Spokane
Valley City offices as identified above. A copy will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
