Work includes vari- ous asphalt surface treatments including HMA paving, patching, planing, and minor stormwater and concrete flatwork, all in accordance with the Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. Payment will be made on a unit -priced basis per individual Work Orders. Copies of the bid packet, including specifi- cations, may be obtained in PDFiformat at www.Cityofspokanevalleyplanroorn.com. To be added to the Planholder's list, bidders shall download project files or purchase hard copy documents.
