Engirteers' office ptior to release of buflding permits.
NOTE: Access points must meet the approval of the Spokane County

County standards. Imnrovement to include sidewalks .
3. The advertised property shall be developed fn substantial conformance
with the plan on ffle with this application; i. e., two sfngle story
professional office structures with proposed building area of 9700 square
feet.
