JENNETT MEYER being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is
the BOOKKEEPER of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper.
That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more
than six months prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published
in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane County,
Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office
maintained at the aforesaid place of publication of said newspaper, which said

ing Examiner will conduct the hearing
pursuant to the rules of procedure adopted
in Title 18 SVMC (Boards and Authorities).
All interested persons may testify at the
public hearing and may submi written
comments and documents before, or .at
the hearing. Any appeal of the Hearing
Examiner's decision will be based on the
record established before the Hearing Ex-
aminer, pursuant to Chapter 17.90 SVMC
(Appeals). All hearings will be conducted
in facilities that are accessible to persons
with physical disabilities,
Environmental Determination: AMltlgated
Determination of Non -Significance (MDNS)
was issued pursuant to WAG 197-340(2)
on January 27, 2023, with an appeal period
which ended on February 10, 2023.
Staff Report and Inspection of File: A
staff report will be available for inspection
seven (7) calendar days before the hear-
ing. The staff report and application file
may be inspected at the City of Spokane
Valley Permit Center, located at the City
of Spokane Valley City Hall, 10210 E

ondayFr day, excluding holidays.
Copies of documents will be made avail-
able at a reasonable cost.
General public comment wilt be received
on the subdivision application. The public
is encouraged to submit written comments

ley.org. Comments received will be entered
into the record at the time of the public
participation portion of the Public Hearing.
