JENNETT MEYER being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is
the BOOKKEEPER of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper.
That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more
than six months prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, pub-

County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in

Notice is hereby given that the City of Spo-
kane Valley, Spokane County, Washington
will accept sealed bids for the 8th Ave
Improvements. The project consists of the
installation of new sidewalk, ADA ramps
replacement, curb and gutter, pavement
grind and overlay, ITS infrastructure, and
storm structure installation.

cations and plans may be obtained In PDF

or purchase hard copy documents. Any
addenda to this project will be sent only to

deposit surety bond form shall make the
b d non -responsive and cause the bid to
be rejected.
