The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The hearing will take place in the Great Room of the CenterPlace Regional Event Center, 2426 N Discovery Place, Spokane Valley, Washington. Members; of the public may attend Spokane Valley Council meetings in -person at CenterPlace Regional Event Center at the address noted above, or via Zoom at the link which will be provided on that agenda.
