the BOOKKEEPER of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper.
That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more
than six months prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published
in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane County,
Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office

This hearing will be,conducted in person,
with the option to attend remotely using
web and telephone conference tools, as
described below.

text amendment to eliminate the require-
ment'that the property owner occupy the
primary dwelling unit or the ADU, and other
matters related thereto.

Hearing Procedures: The Planning Com-
mission will conduct the hearing pursuant
tothe'rules of procedure adopted in SVMC
Title 18 (Boards and Authorities). The
public is encouraged to submit written
comments prior to the hearing by sending

Sprague Ave, Spokane Vailey, WA 99206,

Comments will need to be submitted no
later than 4:00 PM on May 25, 2023 in
orderforr them to be received and prepared

received will be entered into the record at
the time of the public participation portion
of the Public Hearing. Comments received
through US Mail will be included if they are
received prior to the hearing.

of Spokane Valley, acting as the Lead
Agency, determined the proposal is SEPA
exempt pursuantto WAC 197-11-800(19).
