We have revised the enclosed sheets based on comments received from Spokane County. Although the work on the Gustin ditch is part of the flood control project and not
part of the PRD, the flood control project ultimately affects the PRD. So we felt the
revisions would better illustrate the areas as described in portions of the application for
offsite work.
P0.0 – revised Sheet Index to add sheet P1.3.
P0.1 – expanded Vicinity Map to show the Gustin ditch and existing borrow pit.
P1.3 – added sheet to show existing conditions in the area of the ditch and borrow pit.
