I want to verify that all prior EIS comments made by the public in the fall of 2017 still applyto this new SEPA process and EIS comments for the CLOMR-F, that has a due date of
November 16, 2018?
If my 2017 comment still applies, can I make an amendment to my earlier 2017 EIScomments as an addendum?
Is there any reason why the pit (on 40th) easement for parcel #45343.9052 located in Spokane
County is not shown on the City of Spokane Valley Painted Hills website, since all the othereasements are listed? The information listed by the IPEC engineering shows that upon
direction from NIA Black the test drilling was completed in 2014. If you need to refer me toSpokane County, please provide and name and phone number.
When will the City of the Spokane Valley and the Spokane County have a widely advertised
public community meeting with all the key government players from both jurisdictions so ourmany questions may be answered?
