Hi Mrs. Barlow,
I live in the Midilome neighborhood right next to where the Painted Hills development is to
take place. My concerns are the following:1) the flood risks
2) the increase in population in our school district ( we just rebuilt Chester to accommodateour current population)
3) the increase in traffic4) increase in crime ( we have already seen an increase with the apartment complexes that
have grown rapidly)
Please consider these concerns when weighing your decision and think if this were yourneighborhood, what would you do. Thank you for taking the time to read my email and hear
my thoughts.
