To whom it may concern,
I have lived here for over 35 years and slowly watched developers chip away at our beautiful piece of heaven. I
understand that greed will always win and nothing I say will change your mind on your final judgement but please
think about how beautiful and safe this area is and how much every neighbor loves this place!! By allowing them to
build a whole housing development you will not only introduce crime, traffic and congestion but will also destroy
all the nature that surrounds it. Please let us keep our ponderosa natural and beautiful and don’t let greed destroy it.
