We live in the Ponderosa, a number of years ago we tried to halt building in a wet planes area, we were told that the
builders would be required to set aside funds to produce other wet lands, don’t think it ever happened!! They also
said that they would create another road access into the new area from Dishman mica road, that also has never
happened!! These were county Promises, were never kept, so we still have just 2 accesses for the whole Ponderosa
area! With greatly increased traffic.
Looks to me like this proposed Painted Hills project is another example of big money getting what ever they want,
no matter the effect on surrounding area!
Looks like you need to talk about what you are going to do to Dishman Mica for the added traffic, Four lanes past
Painted Hills,Traffic lights ETC.
We know you are to be working for us, but it seems our government always gives in to the BIG dollar side of the
issue, ie you want to see those new TAX dollars ! If you approve this project make sure the Builder is paying for
Road emprovements ect not THE TAX payers!
