To whom it may concern,
We all know that development is inevitable. What we want is some open space left. All the
other developments you have okayed are houses or apartments on top of each other. Go to
32nd and Pines for an example. Now you are going to put in 168 more houses on 40th with
no greenbelts there either. Look at Midalome, another disaster in planning. What is wrong
with you people?
I understand this development you will put a mark of approval on is to be close to 600 new
homes. Where are the parks and some open room? I used to live in the city of Spokane and it
has many parks. I was in walking distance of two. Our forefathers were better at planning
than you are. Why is that??
PLEASE, PLEASE consider leaving some free space. Why does it have to be bumper to
bumper homes? Do NOT okay this many homes in the Painted Hills area
