CVSD just spent a fortune remodeling Horizon Middle School and Chester elementary
school.So whats going to have to happen now. Also all the little kids that go to Chester aregoing to be put in danger from all the traffic. This whole project just doesn,t make any sense
so a developer can make a ton of money.
