Subject:Impact of painted hills development on MY family

Lori,
I am writing with hopes that you will hear how concerned I am about the impacted of the painted hills golf coursedevelopment on my family’s way of life. We own property at 5011 S Dishman Mica. I have grave concerns aboutthe effects of the proposed drastic changes to the local geography. How will this affect our well? How will thisaffect our sewer system? How will this affect our flooding? We deal with flooding issues every year. I’m terrifiedthis development will make those worse. And heaven forbid water begins to enter our buildings. Then what? Howwill this development affect my daughters school? Will it become over crowded? How will this development affectlocal wildlife? We regularly see moose, deer, hawks and a variety of other creatures who are already running out ofgreen space. How will this affect our roads?
You can’t assure my family that we won’t be negatively impacted by this proposal. In fact, I’m sure your officedoesn’t need me to point out these concerns as you know what’s likely to happen if this development is put in. Buthave you taken the time to think about the impact this will have on MY family? Probably not. Please hear ourconcerns and put yourself in our shoes.
