Good Morning, I am writing to you today regarding the ongoing purposed development of the Painted Hills
Golf Course. Recently the developer purposed using existing fill and additional fill to build upthe area in an effort to prevent flooding. As you know this will help the development, but will
pose new problems for us homeowners surrounding the proposed development. The water hasto go somewhere, which means the existing residents will have major flooding issues.
I'm also concerned about the infrastructure this area can support. The schools being my
number one concern. Central Valley School District is already over populated. Bringing in500 plus homes will cripple our youths education. Yes, a new high school is being built to
rezone Liberty Lake students along with CV, but this will only correct the existing issue. Inaddition, I don't believe the roadways, traffic control, emergency evacuation, etc. can handle
the additional traffic/residents.
