I personally think the City of the Spokane Valley needs to purchase this property and turn it back into a golf course
or a city park..
As this developer wants to bring all of this dirt in to raise the ground, which is only going to cause more flooding on
Madison and on Dishman-Mica which in turn will include flooding to houses and businesses
Plus I can't imagine what it will do to the streets with that much more traffic. Puts children in danger walking to and
from school.
Please DO NOT let this developer ruin more property by putting more dirt on the property and more housing in the
neighborhood. Which puts higher volume of traffic on the streets and more crowding to our schools.
Please give this a lot of thought on what it will do to that neighborhood and surrounding area.
This is not for the better of this area, just more money to the developer.
Please do not let this happen.
