The proposed development does not belong at this location. It is a flood plain that is not
designed for this type of project . Bringing in tons of dirt will not change this fact. A better usewould be a park. The number of homes and apts ( proposed) would create a traffic nightmare
near schools that already are congested during drop off and pick up times. Wildlife in the areawould suffer. (Numerous deer frequent this area all year.)
Please dont allow this area to become like a large part of the" new "valley, apts, congestionand a
drain on school resources. Thank you ,
