Putting apartment complex in Painted Hills is insane.
Traffic in the area would be so bad for the schools and people living in the area.
Although the city of Spokane Valley has the opportunity to purchase Painted Hills
And after numerous people lobbying do it, they refused.
The last decent sized parcel in the Valley and they blew it.
The bidder of the property bid 1.2 million and the bank okayed it and the record shows they only paid $700,000.
