I was a charter member of the Painted Hills Mens Club . I am also a 42 year Spokane Valley property owner.
Although not a fan of government owned enterprise , I think the city of Spokane Valley let an opportunity slipthrough their fingers . Namely, the Painted Hills Golf Course. I am opposed to this becoming another housingdevelopment. My reasons are; 1.it was a great place fir teens 2.only GC in this area 3. Previous owners were poorexamples of its potential 4.access will be a nightmare 5. It is a flood plain 6. I sincerely hope approval for housingwill not be approved .
