We are Galen & Alexandra Pavliska, address 11321 E. Sundown Dr. Our lot is one of six that
was taken out of a flood plain. The soil that Diamond Rock used was the bottom soil next tothe Chester Creek. We do not have any drainage. If it rains or snow a inch it takes days to dry
up.Chester creek will have to drain somewhere. The smaller we make the banks the more water
that is displaced. Moving soil into the area that Daimond Rock and Black Developement both has a major
impack on our communities, roads, school, police and fire department, highway all will beaffected negatively. In our daily lives we see natural disasters why creat our own. Is Spokane
Valley going to be responsible. Galen and Alexandra Pavliska
