To whom it may concern:
One year ago, my family (two adults and three children) moved into an existing neighborhood slightly south of the
proposed development in the flood plain of the former Painted Hills golf course. Our children were immediately
“overflowed” to another elementary school and were sixth in line to be moved into their neighborhood school
(Chester Elementary), which did not happen until the following academic year. In addition to the dangers presented
by added construction traffic, residential traffic, and filling a flood plain, the problems of school overcrowding will
only be worsened by this development. I would like my voice to be counted as one strongly opposing the approval
of this project.
