Project Name: Painted Hills PRD Notice Date: July 16, 2021 Comment Period Ends: August 16, 2021 Applicant/owners: Whipple Consulting Engineers/Black Realty, Inc. and Northwest Renovators Inc. Proposal Description: A planned residential development with 300 single family homes, 280 multifamily units and a neighborhood commercial center. Proposal Location: The project site is the former Painted Hills Golf Course, bound by Dishman-Mica Road, Thorpe Road, and Madison Road. The 99-acre site is further located in the SE1/4 of Section 33, Township 25 North, Range 44 East, Willamette Meridian, Spokane County, Washington Lead Agency: City of Spokane Valley Availability of DEIS: The DEIS is available for review on the city’s website at www.spokanevalley.org/paintedhillsdeis.
