Housing in the Spokane Valley is growing at a much larger, faster rate than the infrastructure can handle.
A golf course or natural areal would blenefit the quality of human and animal life in Spokane Valley. 600
additional homes with over a thousand new residents and cars will only deteriorate the area and quality of
life for all.
