Dear Lori Barlow,
We are requesting that a public hearing be held in regards to the DEIS that was
released recently re: the old Painted Hills golf course property.
We feel that several issues were not addressed adequately and would like further
discussion on the matter. Several issues we are concerned about are: An HOA'sfinancial ability to handle any flooding problems that could arise, the increase in traffic
the project will incur, an evacuation plan in case of fire in the Painted Hills
neighborhood and why are things proceeding before FEMA has given their report.
These are only 4 issues. There are more. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
