To whom It May Concern:
Due to the recent environmental survey on the development of the Painted Hill Golf course, I would like to voice my concern as a family who lives and works in the area as well as kids that
attend the schools next door. I am hoping there will be another hearing on this matter as the current residence would NOT like to see this be developed into a ton of housing. The real
estate market in the area is starting to slow down and there would be no need of a development this size and would greatly increase the traffic and density in a negative manor for the people
living in these close neighborhoods. We all love the South Valley, and I think we can agree there are more than enough rentals, duplex, and apartments in this area, we do need more
housing for purchase eventually but the real estate market is starting to normalize so we don’t need any more housing with only two streets in and out of what could be a development,
especially when there are 3 schools all on the same street that are already being funneled into one exit point. Please keep our kids safe and reconsider this development project. Thank you !
