Ms. Barlow - I have read the DEIS for the above. Very short on school impact,
drainage concerns at north end and HOA responsibility for potential liability of flooding
with little in the way of the City of Spokane Valley to depend on should the HOA go
broke and become the City responsibility. HOA's are not well funded for an event
such as flooding. Also, Fish & Wildlife has not addressed the fact that Chester Creek
has fish. Thanks very much.
