Hi Lori and John,
Thanks for allowing more comments until midnight tonight (per the web meeting on9/8/2021).
Part of the DEIS released July 16, 2021 includes the so-called Triangle Pond and the Gustin
Ditch parcels for flood mitigation. According to Spokane County SCOUT records as of
9/8/2021, these pieces of land are parcel 45343.9052 owned by Tim & Joanne Comer,
and parcel 45344.9108 owned by BAR 4 BAR, Inc. Therefore, they are not owned by the
PHP PRD proponents (NAI Black, etc.). I don't understand how the DEIS proponents caninclude the proposed changes without owning these parcels of land.
