Hello Lori,I was on the public hearing call from the start and did not hear my namecalled.
Attached is a recap of the conditional use Permit (CUE-26-85)that thefifteen agencies agreed to for the golf course acres.
It states the conditional use permit is granted in perpetuity. Now the Blackdevelopment wants to add the flood water maintenance through the home ownersassociation. Home owners association do not last forever so, perpetuity doesnot apply.
Look at the Timberlane Development and look at their holding pond, and whyis there water in it at this time? (poor system).
Look at the Foxbriar Development and the Morrison Ranch Development that arebuilt on flood ways, flood zones and the homes have acreages. (just athought).
The Black development on Thorpe Rd. and Madison is filled over five feethigh and Black will hook the drainage to the golf course development. ( mythoughts).
Thank you for your time.John Clarizio4021S. Madison Rd.
