Dear City of Spokane Valley
I really hope you reconsider allowing the development of the golf course. The quality
of life in the valley has already gone down hill but you want to send it further down the
spiral in order to collect more taxes. The loss of land, increased traffic, impact on
schools and utilities is staggering. Property values will decrease and developers are
not charged any impact fees as they line their pockets. I will vote against all councilmembers who approve this. Nobody that lives here already wants this. Yet we cater
to developers and out of state money. Pathetic
