Please do as good of a job as possible when building this project. Make SURE you include a
park, green belts and a dog park. Please do not try and get as
many apartments and houses as you possibly can jam in one area. That is what people hate
about new projects, not much esthetic thought goes into
what it will look like at the end!! Our forefathers when developing Spokane made sure the
people had parks to go to.
