Dear Ms. Barlow:
As a resident of the Ponderosa area, I am very concerned about the planned development at
the site of the old Painted Hills Golf Course. The addition of 600 housing units in this area will
overwhelm the existing infrastructure, the roads, the schools and the way of life of the
residents of this area.
I request that a public hearing be held regarding the impact of this development to the
residents of the surrounding area.
