I am writing to oppose the proposed Painted Hills PRD. The area surrounding this property is not made to support
this much added residential home and multi family units. The roads next to Horizon Middle School and Chester
elementary school and University High School will be dangerous with the construction traffic followed by the
significant increase in residential traffic upon completion. I am not opposed to expanding residential areas, but
adding more multi-family units is not a desirable addition to the area.
