The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 23-011, passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 30`1'day of May, 2023:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKA.NE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 22-023, WHICH ADOPTED A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY
1, 2023 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2023;AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
Section 1 amends the revenues and appropriations as shown in Attachment A to the Ordinance. Section 2
amends the employee position classification monthly salary schedule as shown in Attachment B to the
Ordinance. Section 3 creates Fund 109 Tourism Promotion Area Fund. Section 4 eliminates Fund 313 City
Hall Construction Fund. Section 5 speaks to severability, and Section 6 provides an effective date. The full
