The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 23-012, passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 30th day of May, 2023:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKAANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR A VACATION OF APPROXIMATELY 6,900 SQUARE FEET OF PUBLIC RIGHT-
OF-WAY SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF 22ND AVENUE AND GLENVIEW CIRCLE, AND
PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 makes certain Findings of Fact; Section 2 notes property to be vacated; Section 3 addresses
division of property to be vacated; Section 4 designates the zoning for the vacated property; Section 5 sets
out the conditions of vacation; Section 6 discusses closing to complete the transfer; Section 7 addresses
