Description of Proposal: Planned development of the former Painted Hills golf course site to include a mix of residential and commercial
uses integrated with open space areas.
Description of Alternatives: Two primary alternatives are analyzed: the No Action
Alternative (Alternative 1) and the Planned Residential
Development (PRD) Alternative, which includes two
variations, a “High Infiltration Alternative” (Alternative
2a) and a “Low Infiltration Alternative” (Alternative 2b).
